1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed
Only the data you submit through our website is processed:
- Quote / sample form: company name, full name, e-mail address, request details (fabric type, quantity, color), your message and any technical file/pattern you may send separately by e-mail.
- Job application form: full name, e-mail, phone, position applied for and your CV/résumé.
- Preference data (local storage): your language and theme preference, stored only in your browser via
localStorage; it is not sent to our server.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
- Evaluating your quote and sample requests and contacting you (KVKK art. 5/2-c — conclusion/performance of a contract; art. 5/2-f — legitimate interest).
- Evaluating your job applications and contacting you about suitable positions (your explicit consent and legitimate interest).
- Remembering your site experience (language/theme) (basic functionality).
4. Transfer of Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties or transferred abroad except where required by the service and legal obligations. Our hosting provider, Web3Forms and hCaptcha for form submission/security, and embedded external content or font services (Google Maps, Google Fonts) may be involved to the technically necessary extent.
5. Retention Period
Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods; once the purpose ceases it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
6. Your Rights under the KVKK (art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction/erasure, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages. You may submit your requests to karcem@karcem.com.tr.
