In 2015 we stepped into the textile sector as KARCEM Tekstil, backed by experience and know-how. With a daily fabric production capacity of 15 tonnes, we supply dyed-printed and greige fabric to both domestic and international markets — advancing toward our goals every day with our professional team.
A journey that began with yarn know-how.
KARCEM Tekstil was founded in 2015 on the idea of knitting greige fabric on our own machines and managing every step that follows from a single hand. At our facility in Esenyurt, our circular knitting machines produce up to 15 tonnes of greige fabric a day, while we supervise and coordinate dyeing, printing and finishing across a vetted contract network whose capability we have proven over the years.
This "we do the knitting, we manage the rest" approach gives our customers a single point of contact from sample to shipment. Alongside the domestic market, we export to Europe, the Middle East, North America and Russia, and we make it our principle to add value at every stage of the fabric's journey on every order.

Who is KARCEM?
KARCEM Tekstil is a knitted fabric manufacturer founded in 2015 in Esenyurt, Istanbul. It knits greige fabric in its own circular knitting facility and coordinates dyeing, printing and finishing through a supervised contract network — knitting stays under its own control, while the finishing stages run at audited partners. Group knitting capacity is approximately 450 tonnes per month. Production runs on GOTS, OCS, GRS and RCS certified processes; for colour consistency the target is ΔE<1 against the approved lab-dip. OEM and private-label production is offered, and exports go to the EU, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, North America and Russia on EXW, FOB or CIF terms.

Colour management
With more than 20,000 colour references and a spectrophotometer, every incoming batch is verified against CIE L*a*b*, keeping the difference between recipe and batch below the ΔE<1 threshold.
Certified chain
We work with GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS and BCI and target OEKO-TEX safety in the finished product; a certified claim is planned from the very start with certified yarn.
Integrated lead times
By knitting in our own facility and managing dyeing, printing and finishing across our vetted contract network, we target shorter lead times and 98% on-time delivery.
Verified quality
Every order is measured and delivered through tests for weight (ISO 3801), pilling and Martindale (ISO 12945 · 12947), colour fastness (ISO 105 · AATCC) and dimensional stability (ISO 6330 · 5077).
