Knitting
Greige fabric on circular machines; weight and width control.
We knit greige fabric on our own machines and manage dyeing, printing and finishing through a vetted contract network. We add value at every stage of the yarn-to-fabric journey, managing the whole process as your single point of contact; every incoming lot colour-verified to a ΔE<1 target.

We knit on our own machines and manage dyeing, printing and finishing across a vetted contract network — with every returning roll passing our own quality control.

Broad circular knitting park incl. Mayer & Cie interlock; single jersey, rib, interlock and technical structures.

Reactive and disperse dyeing is run at vetted contract dye houses; lab-dip approval, recipe coordination and spectrophotometric ΔE<1 verification on the incoming lot stay with us.

Digital, rotary and pigment printing run at specialist contract shops; pattern development, colour separation and sample approval stay with KARCEM.
Explore the processWe add value at each of the seven steps. Knitting is ours; wet processing runs through our vetted contract network; incoming quality control is ours again — one point of contact.

In 2015 we stepped into the textile sector as KARCEM Tekstil, backed by experience and know-how. With a daily fabric capacity of 15 tonnes, our professional team supplies dyed-printed and greige fabric to both domestic and international markets.
We knit in our own facility and coordinate dyeing, printing and finishing through a vetted contract network, passing every returning lot through our own quality control — adding value at every stage of the fabric's journey while keeping end-to-end oversight and batch-to-batch colour consistency.

Share the use case, fabric weight and target market.
We define the knit, fibre and finish combination together and send the quote.
Colour is confirmed via lab-dip; hand and drape via a sewn sample.
Final sign-off on the sewn sample; colour locked to a ΔE<1 target.
Knitting with us; dyeing, printing and finishing across our vetted contract network — a coordinated, recorded flow.
Per-batch quality control; shipment structured per Incoterms.
MOQ depends on fabric type, number of colours and order complexity. Rather than a fixed list, we share the exact figure for your project at the sample/quote stage.
First the target weight, fibre and finish are defined; then colour is confirmed via lab-dip and hand/drape via a sewn sample. Colour approval is carried into production at a ΔE<1 tolerance.
Even though dyeing is done on contract, we approve the colour: with a 20,000+ colour reference archive and a spectrophotometer, every incoming lot is verified in CIE L*a*b*; the difference from the recipe is kept below the ΔE 1.0 threshold the eye cannot distinguish, and anything outside is rejected.
We work with GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS and BCI and target OEKO-TEX safety in the finished product. Because a certified claim starts with certified yarn, we plan this decision together from the outset.

We export to Europe, the Middle East, North America and Russia; delivery is structured per Incoterms. Because we knit and coordinate dyeing, printing and finishing through our vetted contract network, you have a single point of contact from sample to shipment.
