Knitting
Greige fabric on circular machines; weight and width control.
From knitting machine to shipment: we knit greige fabric in our own facility and coordinate pre-treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing through a vetted contract network, then run every returning roll through our own quality control. We add value at every stage of the fabric's journey, giving you one point of contact, short lead times and batch-to-batch colour consistency.

With our broad circular knitting park — including Mayer & Cie interlock — we produce single jersey, rib, interlock and technical structures. From 90–700 GSM, with weight and width control recorded for every batch.

Reactive and disperse dyeing is carried out at vetted contract dye houses. Lab-dip approval, coordination of automated dosing recipes and spectrophotometric ΔE<1 verification on the incoming lot stay with us; we monitor water and chemical performance at our partners.

Digital, rotary and pigment printing run at specialist contract shops. Pattern development, colour separation and strike-off approval stay with KARCEM; resolution and fastness on multi-repeat designs at up to 180 cm print width are verified at partner facilities.

Stenter, sanforising, handle and functional finishes are applied at vetted contract plants; every returning roll passes GSM, width, shrinkage and fastness tests under KARCEM quality control, verified in an accredited lab and light cabinet.

We have dyeing done on contract — but we approve the colour. A 20,000+ colour reference archive, lab-dip approval and recipe coordination with the contract dye house; every incoming lot is verified on a spectrophotometer in CIE L*a*b* against a ΔE 1.0 target, and anything outside is rejected. Drag the deviation below and see for yourself.
Spectrophotometer reading · D65 illuminant. Our acceptance tolerance is ΔE*ab ≤ 1.0 — the limit beyond which the eye cannot tell colours apart.

We knit; dyeing, printing and finishing we coordinate through a vetted contract network we have worked with for years. You deal with one point of contact, we manage the process end to end from sample to shipment, and every returning roll passes our own quality control — adding value at every stage of the fabric's journey for short lead times and batch-to-batch colour consistency.
We set the colour recipe together with the contract dye house and approve the lab-dip; every recipe is on record. On the incoming lot we verify against a ΔE<1 target with spectrophotometer and light cabinet, and reject any roll outside the threshold.

With our broad circular knitting park — including Mayer & Cie interlock — we produce single jersey, rib, interlock and technical structures from 90–700 GSM. We set yarn type, weight and width to your requirements, with weight and width recorded for every batch.
After finishing, every roll passes weight, width, shrinkage and fastness (wash, rub, perspiration, pilling) tests. Checks are carried out in an accredited lab and light cabinet; results are reported per batch.
First we prepare a strike-off/sample and submit colour and hand for your approval. After approval, knitting is ours; pre-treatment → dyeing/printing → finishing run through our vetted contract network; then incoming quality control and shipment are ours again. Coordinating from one desk, we add value at every stage and keep the lead time short.
MOQ depends on the fabric type, colour and print method. Share your requirement and we'll confirm your specific minimum, price and lead time in the quote.
Alongside Turkey we export to Europe, the Middle East, North America and Russia, organising both sample and bulk shipments end to end.
